If for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with our Service, We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns. The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.

For the purposes of this Refund Policy:
Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Agile Parts, registered in The Netherlands under registration number 53682440.
Orders mean a request by You to subscribe to Our Service.
Service refers to the application running on Our Website.
Website refers to Flowlet, accessible from Cartesius.ai, DataDriver.app, LogDriver.app, Flowlet.app, or any of its subdomains.
You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
Your Order Cancellation Rights
You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 14 days without giving any reason for doing so. If you have used the Service beyond the limits posed on a Free plan, We may charge a fee to compensate for this usage. Otherwise, We will refund the full amount. To exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision through a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by email at hello@flowlet.app. We will judge your request and inform You within 7 days. If we accept the refund, We will reimburse You no later than 14 days after receiving Our approval notice. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
Refunds After Renewals
The Order will automatically renew after the billing period until cancellation. The regulations for new Orders apply identically to renewals. We may - but are not required to - give refunds for Orders after 14 days at Our discretion.
